Is it safe to buy jewelry during Covid 19?

Yes! Your jewelry is thoroughly cleaned before shipping and packed wearing gloves and mask. 

How will I know if my order has been received?

An automated confirmation email will be sent to you as the order is being processed.

How will I know if my order has been sent out?

You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. Your unique tracking number and an online link to the courier service will be also provided.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

We want you to be thrilled with your online purchase. If you receive your item and are not completely satisfied, please contact us right away at (949) 677-9800. With authorization you may return unworn items in original condition within 7 days of online purchase for a full refund, exchange or credit. After 7 days, all sales are final. Contact us by phone for to be sure we are available to receive your shipment. Items purchaed in person are not eligible for refund but may be exchanged for an alternative or a credit within 7 days if in pristine condition.

What is black oxidized?

It is a sulfer-based patina that is built up in fine layers. It will last for years in recessed areas, and will gently shine and shift in areas that get worn or abraded. You many clean your darkened silver with gentle dish soap.

How should I take care of my Jewelry?

Botanical Art Jewelry is meant to stand the test of time. However, you still need to take care of your jewelry. Use our pouches and boxes to protect your jewels when not being worn. Tarnishing is a natural reaction when sterling silver is in the presence of salt water, air pollutants or everyday items that contain sulfur, such as leather, rubber and chlorine. If your jewels need a little freshening, keep it simple – a light bath in a mild soap, with a rinse in cool water can remove most oils from normal wear.
